Michele was born near San Francisco, California and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science. She has held a Colorado license to practice massage therapy since 2000 and skin care license since 2003. She received her Health Coaching Certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016 and traveled to India in 2019 to obtain her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification from the Govardhan School of Yoga. She spent nearly 15 years working in luxury destination spas and medical aesthetic clinics in Colorado until realizing her lifelong dream of moving to Costa Rica where she began her own practice.  

Michele is passionate about connecting with her clients, understanding their individual needs and supporting them to achieve their own personal wellness goals. She approaches her craft from an intuitive & holistic perspective, addressing the mind/body/spirit Self. Working alongside her clients from a place of grounded humility, she considers it an honor to assist them on their journeys.

Michele is at home both in the mountains and at the beach and loves beach walks with her dogs, travelling, snowboarding, paddleboarding and surfing.
